Oh BABY!

So Harley and I have made it a point to get out for a date night at the very least once a month~we're bad! I won't lie it gets hard after you have a child but, that can't be an excuse! For us, it's really important to have some time to reconnect. I know most of you already know that we're expecting another baby but, here's the official news for the blog! Yes, we are expecting another. I'm roughly 7 weeks~WAY early. We're keeping our fingers crossed! Harley's keeping his fingers crossed that it will be a boy (of course). Anyways, pray for us please!;}

Napping

Avery won't nap in her crib anymore so we have her take her naps on the couch. Today she actually started out vertical and ended up like...this! Sometime I wonder what it would be like to sleep THAT soundly!lol No doubt this child gives us challenges but, its moments like these we know why a child like this was given to us. She is certainly OUR child!

bAbY MaLoReE!

I have the privilege of watching baby Maloree for a while! Maloree is Andy and Tracii Harts baby. She is so much fun to have around! What a good baby!! Avery loves her as well. When I'm feeding Maloree her bottle, Avery climbs up on the couch with us and holds Malorees bottle for her! It is so cute. What a good little helper!

OrEoS!

Harley and I took Avery up to his parents house the other day to go hunting for "old" furniture. You never know what you're going to find at Leos and Judys!lol Anyways, on the way home Harley decided to give Avery an oreo. As you can see, it was such a hUGe mess! We thought we were going to die laughing at her! Sorry the pics are a little blurry. I was taking them as we were driving down Trappers Loop. Well, at least now we know Avery loves OrEoS!!

The Fair!

We had so much fun at the fair! I have so many pictures I can't even put them all on the blog! I can't remember the last time I had that much fun at the fair. Avery really enjoyed herself! She got to hang out with her cousins and of course thats always a treat! Harley, Dave and I all rode the mechanical bull~I didn't put the pics of me on~it was hysterical!

Pink Lamp Shade

I bought this lamp from Savers for Averys room so I could read to her at night. The lamp shade was ugly and dirty so I decided to decorate it! It's really pink but, it matches her room. I wanted to dress it up and make it look fun! It's my first time decorating a lamp shade so go easy on me!!lol

OOOOWWWWEEEE!

Poor Avery got a big gash on her eyebrow today! She was pushing her stroller off the curb by herself and fell forward and hit the stroller and cut her eyebrow! I'm not sure what cut her but it's a big gash! I want to thank my neighbor, Sarah who helped me get it clean enough to look at it. Then I took her over to my neighbor, Michelle,-I met her at Primarys during my clinicals, she's a Surg Tech-to ask her if she thought I would need to take Avery to get stitches. We decided she'd be ok with a band-aid. Poor thing!! Afterward, I brought Avery home, gave her a bath. She was really good while I tried to dab her cut and clean it up. She kept pointing to my forehead and saying "owee" Then, I put her on the couch with a sippy of milk and some Nilla Wafers-her favorite!
